Crinkle-cut potato wedges with skins on.

Ingredients
Potatoes, sunflower oil.
Instructions for preparation
Oven: preheat the oven to 220 °C, bake on the middle rack for 15–20 minutes until golden brown; half way through turn over.
Pan: heat oil, fry a small amount of wedges for 6–8 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt
Deep fryer: heat oil to 175 °C, fry a small amount of wedges for 3–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
