Tábor croquettes
Unique potato croquettes made according to a Tabor recipe.
Ingredients
Potatoes, wheat flour, potato starch, dried egg, sunflower oil, cheese, salt, baking powder, pepper.
Instructions for preparation
Deep fryer: heat oil to 140–150 °C, fry until golden brown for 5–6 minutes.
